Responsibilities
• Responsible for maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Responsible for their own customer accountability
• Responsible for solving customer technical problem , complain or other request from receiving case until resolution
• Responsible for customer’s case management in cloud system
• Need to follow customer journey policy and crate customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Responsible for issue , quote, invoice and bill process to customer to achieve team target
• Responsible for selling customer Service Contract Maintained to a new customer and propose current customer to renew.
• Provide efficiency data and accurate information to Supervisor

Requirements
  • Bachelor Degree in any related, engineering is preferred.
  • Experience working with customer service or Technical Support as least 2 - 3 years
  • Ability to work multi - task, priority and manage time effectively
  • Strong phone contract handling skill and active listening
  • Organized personality
  • Fast learning and good memories person
