- Coach and train on the job for develop staff ability.
- Monitor and follow staff to ensure that they have clear understanding and can completely work.
- Give the advice and support to fix on any problem with the job or working process.
- Job assignment to CS team based on business type and scope of service , well explain working step to avoid any mistake and smooth on operation flow.
- Avoid and reduce for any extra cost or unexpectation cost by human error.

- Check and review workind process to be completely and correctly as direction and policy.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, International Business or related fields.
- At less 5 years experienced in Air Freight.
- Good command of English, both of written and spoken.
- Have basic knowledge of Air Cargo Transportation
- Have leadership skill.
- Fast learning and enjoy learning the new thing.
- The ability of English (Toeic Test).
