Daily tasks
1. Receive production report/plan from planning team in advance. After that re-check and preparing before request to Warehouse about RM / PK / SFG.
2. Plan staff to balance the job on next day. Also supervise and control production staff in overall perform.
3. Monitoring and follow up to complete production according to planning schedule and update the situation to the department who concern.
4. Productivity improvement (monitoring, follow up and keep record on each product groups and analyze data to improvement productivity).
5. Maintains workflow by monitoring steps of the process ,also coaching, counseling to get productive. And control the product quality follow the GHP, HACCP ,HALAL FSSC, ISO9001 ,ISO14000 systems or any Food industry requirement. (Hygiene, Critical Control Points, Allergen, Cleaning and etc.)
6. Solving production problems by analyzing data, investigating causes of issues, identifying solutions and recommending action. And also good communication to the department who concern and report the result to the manager.
7. Maintains equipment, machine and cleaning process follow the systems. Follow up and review the report machine breakdown & utilization. And coordinate with team and maintenance department concerning about PM plan.
8. Communicate and cooperate in the production department among the production manager, production supervisor, team leader/assistant until production staff and also to cooperate with other departments.
9. Take Responsible for production depending on the assignment from the Production manager (Preparing, Silk screen, Block screen, Cooking, Decoration, Moulding, One shot, Enrobing, Logo, Panning, Melting, Packing, Project, etc.)
10. Understand production line management and take care safety in production area.
11. Be able to do any scenario plan of any products.
12. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager.
