• At least 3 years of restaurant experience with a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Demi Chef / CDP / Sous Chef in a Fine-Dining Restaurant / Michelin Stars Restaurant or 5-star hotel

- Several years of experience in Fine-Dining Restaurant, Michelin Restaurant and/or 5 Stars Hotel is a must.

- Collaborate with the head chef in menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen management.
