✅ รับข้อมูลประสิทธิภาพการผลิตจากหัวหน้าฝ่ายผลิต และอัปเดตรายงานประสิทธิภาพการผลิตประจำวัน
✅ ควบคุมและติดตามกิจกรรมสต็อกสินค้าในแต่ละแผนก ตรวจสอบยอดสต็อกรวมให้ถูกต้อง และส่งข้อมูลให้ฝ่ายบัญชีสิ้นเดือน
✅ รับคำสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Orders) ตรวจสอบความถูกต้อง และออกคำสั่งภายในให้ฝ่ายผลิต, ครัว และฝ่ายบรรจุภัณฑ์
✅ คำนวณวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ในการผลิตตามคำสั่งซื้อ และตรวจสอบสต็อกวัตถุดิบ
✅ ออกคำขอสั่งซื้อ (Purchase Requests) สำหรับสินค้าที่มีสต็อกต่ำหรือสินค้าหมด ตามคำสั่งซื้อที่ได้รับ
✅ จัดทำและพิมพ์ฉลากมาตรฐานของผลิตภัณฑ์ตามคำสั่งภายใน
✅ ออกใบส่งของและใบแจ้งหนี้สำหรับคำสั่งซื้อที่ส่งออก และแจ้งฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอก
✅ ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ
สถานที่ทำงาน: ตำบลหนองปรือ อำเภอบางละมุง จังหวัดชลบุรี
🕒 เวลาทำงาน: วันจันทร์ - วันเสาร์ (ไม่มีการทำงานกะกลางคืน)
✅ปวช. ขึ้นไป ทุกสาขา
✅มีประสบการณ์ในงานธุรการฝ่ายผลิต จัดซื้อ คลังสินค้า และการวางแผนการผลิตจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
✅สามารถใช้ Microsoft officer ในการทำงานได้
✅พูด อ่าน เขียน ภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานได้
✅สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที
