Basic Requirements

30,000 - 50,000 baht/month

Responsibilities

- Oversee all HR activities across the operations, including recruitment, ER, manpower planning, training and development, compensation and benefits, and all other HR-related activities to support the business needs.

- Contribute to the Factory’s annual Staff HCM plan, KPIs, targets and budget.

- Maintain database of staff headcount against Factory manpower forecast and budget, and prepare reports for the HCM Director and other managers as required

- Assist HCM Staff Director in extracting and verifying data in preparation for salary reviews, for preparing salary update announcements for assigned Grades and for relevant data bases upon completion of salary reviews.

- Support full function for migrant recruitment.

- Be the contact point for employees to give advice, information, and details on employees' requirements.

- Ad-hoc jobs assigned by managers.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.

- 5 – 8 years of work experience in HRM/HRD

- Fluent English only (documents, reports, Email, Internal)

- Good command of computer literacy skills; MS Office.

- Experience in data analysis relating to HR will be an advantage.

- Experience in handling MOU process and Migrant recruitment will be an advantage.

- Background in manufacturing is a must
