Service Engineer shall be responsible for, but not limit to, the following:
1. Provide on-site installation, commissioning of UPS, Gas Analyzer service and Solution service for customers in in Asia.
2. Perform hands-on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs.
3. Provide on-site training to the customers.
4. Communicate with the customer to ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions.
5. Offices work and documents support such as PR, PO, Quotation, etc.
6. Develop Service technical documentation.
- Male, age 23-30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Have experience Electric equipment, UPS or Gas Analyzers at least 1 year.
- Excellent communication in English or Japanese.
- Able to go aboard for On-site business.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Able to immediately start working will be preferred.
