- ติดตั้งและกำหนดค่าคอมพิวเตอร์ เครื่องพิมพ์ และอุปกรณ์ต่อพ่วง
- ดูแลและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ไอที รวมถึงจัดการอัปเดตซอฟต์แวร์และระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขปัญหาเครือข่าย เช่น อินเทอร์เน็ต การเชื่อมต่อ Wi-Fi และ VPN
- จัดการบัญชีผู้ใช้ อีเมล และการเข้าถึงระบบให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท
- ให้คำแนะนำและฝึกอบรมพนักงานเกี่ยวกับการใช้งานระบบไอทีและความปลอดภัยไซเบอร์

- มีประสบการณ์ด้าน IT Support หรือ Help Desk อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีในการอ่าน เขียน และพูด
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับระบบปฏิบัติการ Windows และซอฟต์แวร์สำนักงาน เช่น Microsoft 365
- มีทักษะด้านเครือข่ายพื้นฐาน (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, Firewall) และการแก้ไขปัญหาทางเทคนิค\
- มีความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยทางไซเบอร์และการสำรองข้อมูล
