Receptionist(Curvistan)
Ananda Development Public Company Limited- Provide information to the visitors; be the brand guardian and storyteller of each curated exhibition.
- Handle the update of the gallery’s website and social media accounts, coordinating with corporate marketing/PR for press releases.
- Sale, negotiate, pack, transport, and manage inventory of Curvistan merchandise.
- Practice new sales strategies to enhance revenue growth.
- Provide professional customer service, administrative and coordination service.
- Handle Clients’ enquiries, including inbound and outbound calls, email exchanges professionally, and resolve any service issues in a timely manner.
- Handle and coordinate day-to-day operations of both properties, including maintenance, security, housekeeping and landscape. Ensure both properties are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all time.
- Adhere to rules and regulations for asset management.
- Prepare work related reports and data entry work.
- Coordinate with external agencies.
- Maintain existing customer base.
- Work closely with the sale / leasing team.
- Work with the local IT operations team to ensure that the site IT equipment and processes are operating efficiently and is enabling productivity for all employees (e.g. PCs, video conferencing devices, etc).
- Act as a liaison between both properties and the surrounding community. Develop good relationship with local organizations, schools, and businesses to enhance the properties’ presence and community involvement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field, hotel or communication or marketing is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' of experience in customer service, marketing/PR or sale.
- Pleasant personality, presentable, and customer oriented.
- Responsible, well-organized, detail-minded, self-initiated with strong sense of team spirit.
- Able to work independently under pressure.
- Fluent in English.
