Technical Service Officer

Job Summary

Responsible for providing technical advise on tire product (Dunlop Brand Only) in Thailand Domestic in order to satisfy customers' needs. He has to ensure all operation processes in area of responsibilities are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time.

Main customers to take care of are retailer

Direct Report:  Senior Technical Service Manager

Position Level: Staff

Job Description

1. Push new product to meet the needs of consumers by market survey

2. Make a lecture presentation and training to dealer.

3. Control the claim process when the consumer requests an inspection.

4. Make an arrangement of tire testing, monitoring, and inspection report

5 .Visit dealers frequently and take an action when any problem arises.

6. Other tasks as assigned.

1. Bachelor degree in Engineering (Industry, Production, Chemical, Mechanical or related field)

2. Have driving license, and able to work outside and occasional trip to visit upcountry customer

3. Good command of spoken and written English

4. Good command of computer programs (Microsoft office)

5. Service minded, hard working, good communication and capable of handling complaint or issues

6. Have knowledge or experience about tire or automotive industry will be a huge advantage
