Officer - Concierge Services and Projects

    Concierge Services :

• To providing personalized services to internal parties, such as making reservations, arranging transportation, and offering local recommendations. 
• Connecting incoming - outgoing telephone call, and updating internal telephone extension list
• Greeting clients / visitors & giving directions to office
• Manage meeting rooms upon request & prepare meeting room sign
• Checking all invoices of telephone & mobile phone, sending for user’s verifying, preparing payment vouchers and expense record
• Checking & preparing monthly visitor car park payment vouchers
• Addressing and resolving internal parties issues or requests promptly and efficiently.
• Offering information about the facility, services, and other necessary

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Prior experience as a receptionist / telephone operator / administration or  in a related field
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• Able to communicate in English
• Microsoft applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
• Multi task skill
