• ให้การต้อนรับและดูแลลูกค้าที่มาใช้บริการ หรือมาติดต่อ ภายในโครงการ/อาคาร
• ควบคุม ดูแล ผู้ให้บริการภายนอกด้านความสะอาด (Outsourced Vendors) ในการดำเนินการ และให้บริการด้านความสะอาด ให้เป็นไปตามข้อตกลงของสัญญาจ้างบริการ และมาตรฐานความสะอาดที่ได้กำหนดไว้
• ดูแลความเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย ความสะอาด ของพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน และห้องเอกสาร/พัสดุ
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปรายวัน และรายงานต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาถึงความคืบหน้าของงาน หรือเหตุการณ์ที่ควรระวัง
• ต้อนรับ ดูแล ช่วยเหลือลูกค้า และแก้ไขปัญหา เพื่อให้การเข้ารับบริการเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น สร้างความพึงพอใจในการเข้ารับบริการให้กับลูกค้า
• รับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากลูกค้าและประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- วุฒิการศึกษาอย่างน้อยระดับชั้น ปวส, หรือวุฒิเทียบเท่า
- อายุ 25-35
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการทำงานดูแลสำนักงาน ห้างสรรพสินค้า จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีความรู้ความเข้าใจภาษาอังกฤษ และสื่อสารระดับเบื้องต้นได้
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้นได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และ เสาร์/อาทิตย์ได้
- มีความสามารถบริหารจัดการได้ดี
