Responsibilities
Develop our business E-commerce strategies and drive the sales performance on e-commerce platform (reConcept website/ The Gallery; LINE OA, FB page etc.)
Manage and plan to control the firing of advertisements and marketing campaigns in various e-channels including Website, Facebook ads, Google ads, Instagram, Line OA and other online channels.
Setting yearly E-commerce sales, Forecast with sale targets. Propose with monthly sale. Plan and oversee online-flash sales promotional events
Analyze and prepare online media performance reports, analyze statistics and customer behavior that engages with the online channels, to improve communication, analyze business opportunities, and reach target customers as specified.
Work with other relevant teams such as warehouse, product design, business planning, etc. to establish online marketing communications guidelines to the right target and comply with the company's policies
Attend weekly meetings with sale teams to set Sale & Marketing plan and sales goals to achieve with sale targets. Reviewing with Sale monthly reports
Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
Explore and analyze competitors' online marketing materials and website to develop and improve marketing patterns.
To deal with complaints from customers (online) to maintain the brand’s reputation. Understand with customers behaviors and how they relate to our products.
To attend training and develop sale skills, and product knowledge education. Ensure for understanding with Brand positioning and products
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, Support with any related works with internal teams and external agencies and performed other tasks as assigned
