- วางแผนงานด้านความปลอดภัย ต่อชีวิต และทรัพย์สิน
- ควบคุมจัดการด้านกำลังพล พนักงาน subcontractor เพื่อการให้บริการเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัย
- ตรวจสอบความปลอดภัย ประเมินการปฏิบัติงาน และ สอบสวนเหตุการณ์ จัดทำบันทึกรายงาน
- ตรวจสอบสภาพการทำงานของเครื่องจักร เครื่องมือ อุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ภายในอาคารให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ปลอดภัย และ พร้อมใช้งาน เช่น บันได
หนีไฟ,CCTV,ไฟฉุกเฉิน,ป้ายเตือน ถังดังเพลิง,ประตูหนีไฟ ฯลฯ พร้อมจัดทำ Checklist

- วางแผนฝึกซ้อม และจัดทำรายงานแผนเผชิญเหตุฉุกเฉิน แผนงานรักษาความปลอดภัยต่างๆ
- ตรวจสอบติดตามผลการดำเนินงานด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมการทำงาน ตลอดจน เสนอแนวทางการแก้ไข
- ดูแลให้ความช่วยเหลือกับผู้เช่า ลูกค้า ผู้รับเหมาที่มาปฎิบัติงาน หรือเข้ามาใช้บริการภายในอาคาร ได้อย่างปลอดภัย
- ประสานงานหน่วยงานภายนอก เช่น โรงพยาบาล สถานีตำรวจท้องที่ , สำนักงานเขตท้องที่
- ปฎิบัติงานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• อายุ 22-45 ปี
• วุฒิการศึกษา ระดับปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
• บุคลิกภาพดี สุขภาพแข็งแรง ไม่มีโรคประจำตัวที่เป็นอุปสรรคต่อการปฏิบัติงาน
• สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ รวมถึงวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ และวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์
• มีความรับผิดชอบสูง ซื่อสัตย์ และมีวินัย
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการป้องกันการสูญเสีย (Loss Prevention), รักษาความปลอดภัย (Security)
• มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้น เช่น การพิมพ์รายงาน การใช้ระบบกล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV) และโปรแกรม Microsoft Office
• สามารถทำงานร่วมกับทีมและหน่วยงานอื่น ๆ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
