- ซ่อมบำรุงระบบต่างๆ ภายในศูนย์การค้าให้อยู่ในสภาพที่ดีและใช้งานได้
- ตรวจสอบการปรับปรุงพื้นที่เช่าและพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง
- บันทึกและจัดทำรายงานคำสั่งงาน CM, CM &Fit-Out รายวัน
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวช.ขึ้นไป สาขาไฟฟ้ากำลัง เครื่องกล หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการ์ด้านCM การซ่อมบำรุงภายในศูนย์การค้า หรือพื้นที่เช่าในอาคาร
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการตรวจสอบตามมาตรฐาน การปรับปรุงหรือตกแต่งร้าน
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้นได้
- สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
