Accounting Manager
Nidec Electronics (Thailand) Co.,Ltd.- Be responsible to meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
- Be responsible for accomplishment accounting human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions; adhering to policies and procedures.
- Be responsible for reviewing or working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
- Thai tax regulations, international tax frameworks, transfer pricing strategies
- All areas relating to financial reporting.
- To develop and maintain accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
- Year end audit preparation and the support of budget and forecast activities.
