- Project Planning: Plan and organize R&D projects for new motorcycle products, including design, development, and testing phases.
- Coordination: Collaborate with internal and external teams, including engineers, designers, suppliers, and vendors, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Time and Resource Management: Allocate appropriate time, budget, and resources for the project, ensuring efficient use of resources throughout the development process.
- Progress Monitoring: Monitor and track the project’s progress to ensure it is on schedule, providing regular progress reports to management.
- Testing and Evaluation: Coordinate testing and evaluation of the product under development to ensure it meets required specifications and standards.
- Problem Solving: Address any issues that arise during the development phase and continuously improve the project processes for efficiency.
- Documentation and Reporting: Prepare technical documentation and status reports for management and relevant teams.
Age: Approximately 22 to 25 years old
Education: Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, Faculty of Letters, Industrial Engineering (preferred)
Experience: Not specific
Language Ability: JLPT Level 3 or above, TOEIC 500 points or higher
Skills: Strong communication skills
Preference: Interest in motorcycles and power products
