Customer Service Officer

- Verify Sales Order Requisition, order from e-LUB in accordance to the company procedure to ensure that input the right information into SAP system.
- Responsible to ensure that sales orders transactions in the system (SAP) i.e., sales order, Credit Note and Debit Note, etc., accurate.
- Handle of stock allocation to make sure products delivery to meet customer requirement.
- Maintain and filing all concerned documents e.g. Sales Order, Tax Invoice, Receipt, etc., also ensure that it has been keep properly.
- Gather related receipt and collection documents and provide them to relevant salesman.
- Coordinate with supply chain team to ensure that smooth to release sales order.
- Coordinate with sales team and customer to support the invoice document and sales report.
- Provide sales report to all need, e.g., sales team, customer, etc.
- Work together with sales and support sales to increase sell volumes.
- Optimize relevant reports in Sales Order Status for appropriate timely basis.
- Work closely with the Sales team & Marketing teams, Supply Chain & HSEQ and Finance Departments.
- Ensure proper conditions and products are delivered to customer in an effective manner.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any fields
- 0-2 year experience in Customer Service or Sales Support Operations will appreciate.
- Having good computer, SAP, communication and cooperation skills.
- Good command in written and spoken English.
- Able to work under pressure, ager person, service mind, team player, good discipline and communication skills.
- Knowledge or general background in HSE rules / practices, basic first aid, etc.
