General Sales Manager
Material World Co.,Ltd.- Analyze market (market movement and business opportunities), customer, and competitor trends to develop sales target, margin, and penetrate new product and new market.
- Initiate and establish new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Work closely with customers to present a technical perspective on the company’s sales offering.
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- Achieve sales targets of company products & services within assigned industry/ account and outcomes within schedule.
- Manage sales and provide information related to products
- Manage sales and follow up on work according to plans and policies.
- Control the work of subordinates in accordance with company policy.
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customer.
- Communicate with supplier for cost negotiate, sales condition, stock management, and participate in new product testing with customers.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Bachelor's degree in Engineering , Marketing or related fields.
- At least 5 years’ experience background of Sales.
- Good command of spoken and written English. (TOEIC 650 is preferable)
- Able to work outside of the location.
