-ควบคุมการใช้วัตถุดิบตามหลัก FIFO ทำอาหารตามมาตรฐาน สูตร และขั้นตอนการทำอาหารของร้านอย่างเคร่งครัด อาหารญี่ปุ่น อาหารอิตาเลียน
-ดูแลจัดเก็บวัตถุดิบและอุปกรณ์ทำเส้นให้เป็นระบบระเบียบอยู่เสมอ
-จัดเรียงวัตถุดิบอุปกรณ์ให้ตรงหมวดหมู่
-งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ม.3 - ปริญญาตรี
มีความสนใจและชื่นชอบอาหาร
มีประสบการณ์ส่วนงานครัวกลาง อาหารญี่ปุ่น 1 ปี
มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
