- Asset the training and development needs of each department for both hard & soft skill
- collect feedback from employees about the progress of training programs
- Analyze the effectiveness of the training program by using performance evaluation and KPIs

- Manage a variety of internal communications channel and conducting communications content.
- Design internal activities to encourage collaboration & engagement
- To Conduct and arrange internal seminars, workshops, and conferences based on corporate &each department 's need.
- Design and manage an employee wellbeing plan
- Design a development tool for knowledge sharing across departments and Business Unit
- Be as a center for monitoring & editing an overall HR management report
- Master's degree in Human Resource or any relevant fields.
- At least 5 years of direct experience in HRD role especially in training and development.
- Ability to design and conduct training class (Soft Skill)
- Ability to audit and monitor quality of outputs and also to share experience to deliver the highest level of performance.
- Demonstrable experience of managing tasks and deadlines; able to resolve Conflicting priorities and building trust.
- Being self-directed, resourceful and creative including able to manage own time and work with his/her own initiative to present drive and enthusiasm.
- Ability to build and develop relationships with internal employee , executives and other external parties / organization and able to encourage engagement.
- Work to understand employee needs and contribute to exceed expectations
- Excellent leadership, training and developmental skills.
- Ability to understand statistical data and mathematical concept and how to apply them to HR processes
- Experience with social media management and content creation.
