Research (Real Estate)

- Build, maintain and improve forecasting models and databases

- Draft communications (emails and reports) for management and public consumption such as Office Market Brief, Industrial Market Brief and so on.

- Draw upon a wide array of information sources to identify, observe and forecast market trends

- Interview internal clients, developers, and occupiers

- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, economics

- 1-3 years experience in financial services industry

- Experience covering real estate sector preferred

- Strong communication, and analytical financial modeling skills required

- Team player, with ability to work independently as necessary
