Responsible for developing and implementing SHE Program to compliance with the company standard policy, law and regulation to implement loss prevention control and ensure all accident/incident corrective and preventive action and follow up, to improvement working environment, prevention all employees from occupational disease.
- Develop and implement safety programs and activities in compliance with local and law requirements regarding occupational safety, health, and environment to the company's executives.
- Analyze each job to identify hazards of the jobs and establish protective measures and safety procedures.
- Assess risks for occupational safety, health, and environment.
- Conduct accident & incident investigation and reporting.
- Advise employees to follow the company's manual on occupational safety, health and environment.
- Advise, coach and train employees and contractors to ensure that work is done without any cause for unsafe conditions at work.
- Measure and evaluate the environment or carry out operations in collaboration with persons or legal entities that are registered or licensed according to law as required by law.
- Provide knowledge and training on occupational safety and environmental diseases to employees before starting work and during work to refresh knowledge at least once a year.
- Conduct various emergency drills/evacuation as specified by safety laws regularly.
- Manage and control subcontractor and work permit.
- Develop and implement ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 and ensure all activity to compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 and others.
- Contact and coordinate with vendors and relevant parties for tool calibration and warehouse maintenance.
- Perform related and other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in occupational health and safety
- Age not over 35 years.
- Previous experience in health and safety, preferably in a logistics industry.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in logistics industry will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO45001 is preferable
- Fair command of English.
- Have a personal car and able to travel to other company locations for work.
