- บริหารจัดการสร้างยอดขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย
- บริหารจัดการงานขายหน้าร้าน
- ให้การบริการลูกค้า รวมถึงให้คำปรึกษา คำแนะนำต่างๆ ให้กับลูกค้า
- จัดทำรายงานการขาย และวิเคราะห์การขาย
- ดูแลบริหารจัดการสต๊อคสินค้าหน้าร้าน
- บริหารจัดการ ดูแลประสิทธิภาพการขายให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานแบรนด์
- บริหารจัดการแก้ไขปัญหาข้อร้องเรียนของลูกค้า
- จัดทำกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการขาย เช่น โปรโมชั่น/Event ต่าง ๆ
- ทำงานใกล้ชิดร่วมกับ PC supervisor และ Product management executive
- งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา Group product manager
- วุฒิการศึกษาขั้นต่ำ ปริญญาตรี อายุ 25 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม มีไหวพริบ และแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- หากมีประสบการณ์ ขายเครื่องประดับ อัญมณี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- มีทัศนคติที่พร้อมเปิดรับการเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ และมีความคิดสร้างสรรค์
- มีความรับผิดชอบสูง และละเอียดรอบคอบในการปฏิบัติงาน
- มีทักษะด้านการจัดการงานให้เป็นระบบระเบียบ
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ขั้นพื้นฐานได้
