Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate government/PSU sectors, aligning with procurement processes
- Identify and target government agencies, departments, or public sector units (PSUs) as clients.
- Create tailored technical/financial proposals and deliver presentations to clients.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in government organizations.
- Negotiate contracts, address objections, and close deals while ensuring compliance with procurement regulations.
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
Project Management
- Plan and manage the sales process from bidding to project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., solutions, proposal, and implementation teams) to ensure smooth execution.
Market & Regulatory Awareness
- Stay updated on industry trends, government policies, and competitive landscapes.
- Provide insights on procurement processes (e.g., RFPs, GSA schedules) and regulatory requirements.
Reporting & Performance
- Generate regular sales performance reports and competitor analyses for senior management.
- Meet or exceed quarterly/annual revenue targets
- Experience: Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in government/PSU sectors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to navigate complex procurement processes
- Self-motivation and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Education: Degree in business admin or a related field.
