- Manage monthly and yearly account closings and financial statement preparation.
- Review various documents, including VAT purchase and sales reports, VAT 30, withholding tax forms (P.N.D. 3, 53, and 1).
- Record complex or critical accounting entries.
- Oversee account transactions and tax-related details and oversee the accounting operations of approximately 20 subsidiary companies within the group.
- Prepare financial summary reports and analyze the organization's financial status.
- Coordinate with department heads to discuss organizational budgeting.
- Verify the organization's tax filings.
- Provide financial advice and recommendations to the organization.
- Plan tax strategies and oversee the preparation and auditing of financial statements.
- Manage and supervise the daily operations of accounting and finance staff.
- Resolve issues and provide guidance to subordinates.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA, CPD or related professional certification is a plus.
- At least 10 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Experience in managing accounts for multiple subsidiaries (preferably 10 companies or more).
- Proven track record in preparing financial statements and tax planning.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., Pivot Tables, financial modeling).
