- ศึกษา ปรับปรุง และพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานของ PBG : Operations Unit ในปัจจุบันให้เป็นมาตรฐาน
- รับ Requirement จากผู้ปฏิบัติงานใน Operations และติดตามรายงานความคืบหน้าให้กับผู้บริหารทราบอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- ดูแลทีมงานให้ปฏิบัติงาน เพื่อให้กระบวนการดำเนินไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง ตามมาตรฐาน และตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนดอย่างเคร่งครัด พร้อมทั้งรายงานความคืบหน้าอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- ร่วมวางแผนและรับผิดชอบProject ต่างๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย ติดตามสถานะของแต่ละProject อย่างสม่ำเสมอ อำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดประชุมหรืออื่นๆ
- ให้ความช่วยเหลือ แก้ไขปัญหา และให้คำปรึกษาต่างๆกับทีมงานในแต่ละโครงการ
- รายงานผลการดำเนินงานของProject หลังจากมีการปรับใช้กระบวนการใหม่ ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ร่วมกับทีมวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของปัญหา ร่วมแก้ไขปัญหา และหาวิธีการป้องกันไม่ให้ปัญหาเกิดขึ้นซ้ำ เพื่อให้เกิดการปรับปรุงอย่างต่อเนื่อง ที่ทำให้เกิดผลลัพธ์ที่ดีต่อองค์กร และบุคลากรภายในองค์กร
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี ในสาขาการบริหาร และสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานเป็นเจ้าหน้าที่ประจำสาขาของธนาคาร หรือมีประสบการณ์ในการดูแลให้บริการลูกค้าสินทรัพย์สูง
- มีใบอนุญาต “ ผู้แนะนำการลงทุนตราสารซับซ้อนประเภท2 ” , IC Complex 2
- Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- สามารถนำเสนอได้ดี (Presentation Skills)
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม, มีระเบียบวินัยในการทำงาน, ละเอียดรอบคอบ
- ทำงาน จันทร์-ศุกร์ 8:30 – 17:00 น. ที่อาคารภิรัชทาวเวอร์ @ Emquartier
