- วางแผนการพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ประจำปี ดำเนินการตามแผน ติดตาม ประเมินผลอยู่เสมอ บรรลุผลสำเร็จตามระยะเวลาและเป้าหมาย
- บริหารจัดการองค์ความรู้ภายในองค์กร ให้มีหลักสูตรในแต่ละสายงาน ที่ครบถ้วนและทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ
- ดูแลการทำแผนพัฒนาตนเอง ของพนักงานทุกระดับ (IDP) ให้คำปรึกษาและติดตามตามแผนอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- บริหารระบบการจัดการการเรียนรู้ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- ดูแลการพัฒนาบุุคลากรในองค์กรได้รับการพัฒนา ครอบคลุม competency ทุกด้าน ในแต่ละระดับอย่างเหมาะสม
- วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการพัฒนาบุคลากร เพื่อหาแนวทางการพัฒนาบุคลากรเพื่อสอดรับกับการเติบโตขององค์กร
- ปริญญาตรี ด้านการพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ และสาขาอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ตรงในงานด้านพัฒนาทรัพยากรมนุษย์ 5 ปีขึ้นไป
- มีประสบการณ์ในการบริหารจัดการเรียนรู้ หรือ งานด้าน Knowledge Management
- มีทักษะ ด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล Data Analytic และเชี่ยวชาญ LMS
- มีความเชี่ยวชาญในด้านเทคนิคการสอน และสื่อสารให้ผู้อื่นเข้าใจได้โดยง่าย และให้คำปรึกษาผู้อื่นได้ดี
- มีภาวะผู้นำสูง และรับผิดชอบให้งานสำเร็จได้ โค้ชได้
