- Manage and control SLA with optimum productivity, performance and quality of valuation by in-house and outsource
- Ensure adoption of appropriate professional valuation methodology complied to requirements of BOT, MAS, Basel II, Group Credit Policy, process flow and user procedure manual
- Manage and prepare control reports in term of quality and task completion
- Audit completeness of in-house and outsource valuation report with adequate supporting information thru research and analysis of comparable market information, economic data and verification of any relevant legal restrictions, statutory rules and regulations that potentially restricts or impacts on ownership or utilization rights towards collateral
- Approve valuation report under authorization limit
- Provide guidance and advisory services of valuation to team and other business units
- Design and review work process to improve efficiency and implement controls to minimize or eliminate operational risks
- Coach and train team for staff motivation and career development
- Initiate project and participate in project as being assigned
- Perform tasks assigned efficiently and effectively
- 8 year of experience in relevant fields
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, Engineering, Architecture, Property Valuation, Real Estate, Business Administration, Law, Geography or professional qualification
- Advance knowledge and skill of valuation with professional standard
- High integrity, responsible, meticulous and conscientious in managing valuation task for the best interest to the bank
- Creativity, good planning, organizing and managing skills, ability to work independently with minimum supervision and under pressure
- Able to train, motivate and guide teams to achieve desired goals and objective within timelines
- Logical, problem solving skill, project management skill, operational risks control skills and analytical mind with knowledge of trend in real estate industry and concerned matters
- Computer literacy
- Positive work attitude with good interpersonal and communication skill
- English proficiency is advantage
