Responsibilities

- Recruiting and control subcontract head count in training school according to production planning with coordinate process until transfer to employee.

- Oversee and monitor skill development of subcontract and head count pool in training school. Including to apply and updated program according to production technology.

- Organization, coordination and conducting interviews with blue collar candidates as well as assessment of the candidates and decision on the follow-up of each recruitment process.

- All tasks related to the overall employment processes, including selection of the matching candidates as well as preparation and carrying out of the hiring process until complete probation period.

Requirements

- Age 28-35

- Bachelor's Degree in any field.

- 5 years up experience in Blue collar Recruitment, Training & Development in manufacturing environment

- Good communication in English.

- Skill of Computer literature.
