- Study and understand the client’s business processes including their effect on data and reporting, and applies the knowledge gained in designing data and reports.
- Advising management on human resources plans and processes.
- Manage assigned projects effectively, be able to deliver work to customer as targeted both in terms of scope, deadline, and budget, as well as being able to create values that meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Formulate strategic and practical plans to address human resource matters.
- Developing HR strategies and company-specific models.
- Recommending solutions and providing advice on HR policies, procedures, and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in any related fields i.e. Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Political Science, or any related field.
- At least 5-10 years with transformation and/or large-scale change projects
- Knowledge and understanding of modern HR work, applying technological innovations in management and the promotion of diverse personnel potential under multi-role or large-scale organizations and has the ability to link human resource management and personnel development work well.
- Experience in working with organization's leaders advising and coaching supporting and driving strategy to build and support effective teams.
- Well, organized with a methodical approach and an ability to progress multiple projects at one time.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent understanding of HR evaluation metrics and methods.
- Can lead, work independently as well as play a key role in a team.
- Pleasant personality, well-organized
