Purchasing Engineer
CP ALL PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED (General)1. ประเมินและติดตามผลการจัดหาอุปกรณ์ และคัดเลือก Supplier ที่มีคุณภาพและได้มาตรฐานตามที่กำหนด เพื่อรองรับการขยายตัวทางธุรกิจ
2. เจราจาต่อรอง สำรวจราคาตลาดและทิศทางราคาสินค้า ราคาวัตถุดิบ เพื่อให้ได้ราคาที่เหมาะสมในการจัดซื้อ
3. จัดทำการประมูลอุปกรณ์ เพื่อคัดเลือก Supplier ที่มีคุณภาพและได้ราคาที่เหมาะสม
4. จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสาร จัดซื้อ จัดจ้างอุปกรณ์ (เอกสารเปรียบเทียบราคา, เอกสารสรุป Spec, เอกสารเปิดรหัสผู้ขายใหม่,เอกสารการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลผู้ขาย,เอกสารสั่งซื้อ,จัดทำสัญญาต่างๆ)
5. จัดทำทำฐานข้อมูลในระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ (Excel, Power Point, SAP) เพื่อการทำงานที่เป็นระบบ สามารถตรวจสอบย้อนหลังได้
6. ทำข้อมูลสินค้าขาดส่ง และปัญหาการจัดซื้อต่าง ๆ
7. ตรวจสอบ Stock สินค้าในคลังสินค้าต่าง ๆ
- วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, วิศวกรรมโยธา, วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า, วิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ เกรดเฉลี่ย 2.75 ขึ้นไป
- มีความคล่องตัว มีทักษะด้านการคิด วิเคราะห์ ต้นทุนกำไร
- มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง
- มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP) ในระดับดีเยี่ยม
- หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านงาน Purchasing Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Civil Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Design Engineer จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
