- วางแผน บริหาร ควบคุมงานการผลิตให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายบริษัทและเป็นไปตามเป้าหมาย
- ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตสินค้าให้ได้ตามมาตรฐาน มีคุณภาพและมีประสิทธิภาพทันตามเวลาที่กำหนด
- บริหารจัดการแผนการผลิตประจำวัน กำกับดูแลจัดสรรกำลังคน ควบคุมการใช้ทรัพยากรและของเสียในการผลิต
- ติดตามงานและตรวจสอบคุณภาพของสินค้า ก่อนรับเข้า ขณะทำการผลิตและก่อนส่งมอบให้ได้มาตรฐานคุณภาพที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ในการผลิต หาแนวทางป้องกันปัญหาการหยุดชงัก (Break down) ของเครื่องจักร
- พัฒนาและปรับปรุงวิธีการปฎิบัติงานเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและลดต้นทุนการผลิต
- ปฏิบัติงานที่เกี่ยวกับระบบมาตรฐานในการผลิตต่างๆ เช่น การรับตรวจตามระบบข้อกำหนดลูกค้า ระบบมาตรฐานแรงงาน ระบบกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- วุฒิการศึกษา ป.ตรี ขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ วิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปี ด้านบริหารการผลิต, Process Engineer
- มีความรู้ด้านเครื่องจักร มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์ การวางแผนงาน การบริหารจัดการคน
- มีภาวะการเป็นผู้นำและมีความรับผิดชอบสูง มีไหวพริบในการแก้ปัญหาและตัดสินใจ
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสาร ประสานงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก
- มีความรู้ และทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และโปรแกรม MS Office , Auto CAD ,PLC
- สามารถ เข้ากะได้ และปฏิบัติงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์ (วันจันทร์ - วันเสาร์) ได้

โดย ผลิตภัณฑ์พลาสติกที่ทางบริษัทฯ สามารถผลิตได้ทั้งพลาสติกทั่วไป พลาสติกชีวภาพ (Bioplastics) และ พลาสติกสลายตัวได้ (Compostable plastics) รวมไปถึงสินค้าจากงานวิจัยและพัฒนา และใช้เทคโนโลยีสมัยใหม่ด้านวัตถุดิบ เช่น บรรจุภัณฑ์ยืดอายุผักและผลไม้ (Modify Atmosphere Packaging) บรรจุภัณฑ์ต่อต้านจุลชีพ (Anti-Bacterial Packaging) บรรจุภัณฑ์บ่งบอกอุณหภูมิ (TEMP.
