- Participates in the formulation and implementation of the export Sales Region with English, Thai and Chinese speaking customers from direct superior strategy to ensure the alignment with the company’s strategy, policies, processes and procedures.
- Participates in the development and support of Export Expansion policies, processes and procedures and manages the implementation to ensure all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled and to ensure that sales transactions are executed as per the given prices and policies.
Day-to-day Management
- Manages the day to day operations of Export Sales Regions providing guidance, encouraging teamwork and facilitating related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards.
- Liaised with internal and external parties at the appropriate levels to ensure smooth flow of interactions.
Job Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Sales Target: Ensure sales target are achieved per segment through managing effective placement and motivation of sales and support professionals to ensure accomplished of Export Sales Regions operational plans.
- Sales Growth: Assesses data provided by Assistant Vice President – Export Expansion, identifies business opportunities and pinpoints problem areas to further increase sales volume, market share and profitability per segment.
- Key Accounts: Coordinate between key account clients from China or any other Chinese native speaking countries and assist sales force where appropriate to ensure prompt solutions to their satisfaction.
- Budgets: Prepares and recommends the Export Sales Regions budget and monitors sales volume data provided by Assistant Vice President – Export Expansion.
- People Management: Manages the effective achievement of department objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating oneself, providing of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize department performance.
- Reporting: Prepare all sales and budget reports for accuracy and in order to ensure they conform to company and functional requirements, policies and standards from Assistant Vice President – Export Expansion.
