Business Development Specialist
PCS Security and Facility Services Limited- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing sales options.
- Professional and efficient management of business development process, including professional telephone communication, prospective client visitations, follow up written communication, site visits and surveys, tender briefings, management of P&L, creating proposals, solution presentations, preparation of service agreement, negotiation of contracts and management of the handover of successful contracts to operations.
- Managing ongoing client relationship.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Any other assignments / projects as assigned by direct manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Facility Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 Years’ Experience as BD/ Sales in Facilities Management, Service Industry, Consultative Industry and/ or complex services.
- Experience in solution design.
- Minimum of 3-year experience in solution selling of cleaning services with hotels.
- Fluent in English
- Good presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to create and deliver proposals/presentations
- Computer literate in Microsoft office and ability to work in CRM systems (ie., Salesforce)
