- แนะนำและตอบคำถาม รวมถึงการให้ข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์และบริการของบริษัทให้แก่ลูกค้า รวมทั้งรับข้อร้องเรียนต่างๆ และร่วมแก้ไขปัญหาให้กับลูกค้าได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- ให้คำแนะนำและแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้กับทางลูกค้า
- รับฟังข้อคิดเห็นและข้อร้องเรียนต่างๆ ของลูกค้า ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานต่างๆที่เกี่ยวข้องและนำเสนอต่อหัวหน้างาน รวมทั้งร่วมกันหาแนวทางปรับปรุงแก้ไขเพื่อให้ผู้บริหารพิจารณาแนวทางพัฒนาการให้บริการของบริษัทต่อไป

- เพศชาย, หญิง อายุระหว่าง 23 - 40 ปี (เพศ ชาย ผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว)
- วุฒิการศึกษาตั้งแต่ระดับ ปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- มีประสบการณ์ตรงด้านการเป็น Call Center Agent หรือประสบการณ์ด้านการบริการลูกค้าอย่างน้อย 1 ปี
- มีทักษะในการเจรจาต่อรอง สามารถรับแรงกดดันได้ดี
- มีทักษะการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์และพิมพ์ดีดไทย/อังกฤษ ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะด้านภาษาอังกฤษ สามารถพูด อ่าน เขียน และสื่อสารได้ดี (สามารถใช้ภาษาจีนได้ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
