Assistant Human Resource Manager
NAVARANG ASSET CO., LTD.- Execute full loop HR such as HRM, L&D, PMS, ER & Engagement, Com & Ben, etc. and implement HR projects.
- Understand business direction, people and key issues to attract, develop and retain talents within the organization.
- Assist the Manager in handling cases related to HR and provide HR information regarding labour laws and HR practices.
- Act as key contact person for HR related issues and assist the Manager to manage complex cases and provide HR advice for proper action.
- Communicate to employees at all levels in both formal and informal means in order to build employee engagement.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to align with the company’s goals.
- Support the company's operations both internally and externally.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Direct experience in Human Resources area not less than 5 years with at least 2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and employment regulations.
- Good skills in planning, communication and influencing are required.
- Computer literate in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent people management and able to work in a fast-moving environment.
