Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and growth in the automotive dealership sector.
Oversee and manage all sales operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and propose business development plans.
Monitor and drive performance metrics for the sales team, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales.
Prepare and present reports to senior management on sales performance and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager in the automotive dealership industry, with a focus on sales.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and drive sales teams toward achieving targets.
In-depth knowledge of the automotive market and dealership operations.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
