 Taking care company regulation to follow by company goal and providing legal advice to the company and management of the company regarding laws, regulations and other relevant authorities to ensure that the Company properly complies with legal requirements.

Responsibility

-Considering and in charge of company dispute, law concerned matter and give law advice to employee

-Responsible for cases and also proceed court activity as company representative

-Review various type of contracts, company regulation etc.

-Coordinate between internal & external in related issue

-Give advice on board/ shareholder /or management

-Other tasks as assigned

Qualification

-Bachelor's degree or Master's degree Faculty of Law, Business Law, Thai Barrister

-10+ years of working experience in law or legal field

-Experience in court that the lawsuit, have a license to prosecute (lawyer)

-Experienced in civil cases, commercial cases or labor cases

-Good command of English (listening, speaking, reading and writing)
