- Research the market, customer needs and expected business value to create the list of requirements with development priority
- Collaborate with R&D teams to co-develop prototypes (focus on user experience, useability) for testing with target users
- Conduct the Proof of Concept (PoC) with stakeholders to validate its benefits and marketability
- Develop go-to market strategy and collaborate with stakeholders to introduce solutions into the market
- Implement the plan and manage timeline, and budget of the projects to achieve project goal
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, IT, Business or a related field.
- +2 years of experience in product development, business development, strategy development, or innovation
- Can-do attitude, self-motivated, eager to learn, collaborative, and strong leadership characteristics with strategic and innovative thinking skills

- April 7, 2006 established Siam Kubota Leasing Co.,Ltd. to business in hire-purchase for Thai farmers.
- September 21, 2007 established Siam Kubota Tractor Co.,Ltd. to manufacture domestic Tractor.
- August 2, 2010 amalgamated between The Siam Kubota Industry Co.,Ltd. and Siam Kubota Tractor Co.,Ltd. to "SIAM KUBOTA Corporation Co.,Ltd.
