Telesales Recruiter
Generali Insurance (Thailand) Public Company LimitedPerform end to end recruitment process as per business request:
- Responsible for sales recruitment effort to ensuring that sufficient number of qualified sales people are recruit
- Coordination with Training department to organize the newcomer training in timely fashion, 100 % newcomer join induction program
- To operate all human resources policies in Direct Business unit which relating to H/C control, recruitment, personnel administration, and employee relations/ To manage and control the recruitment processes to support In House teams in Direct Business
- To prepare reports to support manager in relation of employee turnover; new hires; resignations; training and development etc.
- Control turnover rate of top performers to within 7.5% per year and overall turnover rate target of <= 10%
- Completeness & Control of New Insurance License and Renewal Insurance License for TSR within expire date.
At least 2 years of experience in recruitment roles
Telesales experience is prefer
Detail or process oriented but with good attitudes toward learning
A strong leader with integrity
Good command of English
