Sale Trainer - Agency Channel (base Nakornratchasima)
Generali Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited- Develop and implement training for agency channel
- Coordinate, develop, and participate in ongoing training for agency channel
- Provide necessary training, coaching, and mentoring to agency leader, agent and agency staff
- Identify areas for improving individual and agency performance
- Identify skills gaps and fill them
- Develop presentations, training materials, and handout materials
- Create and develop course for improving selling skill, leadership skill of agency leader and agent.
- Develop and design investment concept training and financial concept training.
- Co-ordinate with both internal and external organizations to process, follow up and complete the work/ matter, which concerned.
- Implementing and developing insurance tools and Investment concept training material and tools to support training activity.
- Assist Manager to assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, and/or consultation with managers.
- Monitoring training activity and implementing sales Clinic to reinforcing skill, ability, Coaching and Joint Field Work for after training
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
- Experience in Insurance business file at least 5 years
- Strong knowledge in training strategy
- Must have IC license with good knowledge in Unit Link
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able to work well as a team
- Have an excellent communication skill
