- Response and support customer quality feedback / Claim / Requirement
- Quality issue follow up and improvement with concern section
- Conduction SPC control / Reviewing and problem solving
- Support action to CAR/PAR of feedback/claim from customer
- Response to support the quality feedback/claim from customer
- Analyze the quality data/big data, run/review SPC and drive action with engineering team
- Statistics/data analysis and provide daily/weeky/monthly reports
- Follow jobs assignment from superiors
- Male or Female
- Age 25 years up
- Bachelor's degree in Engineer or related field
- 2-5 years in Quality control and Assurance field
- Good command in english and computer litercy
- Analytic, Minitab, Statistis - SPC, data analysis skill sets and etc.
- Six singma green belt training/qualified is advantage
- Measurement system , measurement equipment and MSA knowledge is advantage
