- Execute manufacturing processes to ensure the optimization of productivity, quality, material consumption, manpower and delivery.
- Execute continuous improvement for workflow, standard lead time and line balance for more efficiency manufacturing.
- Solve problem of product quality related to operation, process, and equipment.
- Product/Tooling drawing design review & feedback to customer, engineering counterparts
- New process qualification and optimization
- Product mechanical parameters, process capability monitoring and improvement
- Product yield, scrap and quality monitoring and improvement
- To support production product build & ship activities for both new product and mass volume production build
- Technical problem solving, production line troubleshooting
- Initiate process work instruction and guidance to production and technician
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
- 1-3 years experience in electronics fields, preferable in HDD business
- Good knowledge in Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of people.
- Computer skill MS office, Minitab, solid work, auto cad, etc
