HRBP Chinese Speaking
Belton Industrial (Thailand) Ltd.We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HRBP Chinese Speaking to join our dynamic HR team. As an HRBP Chinese Speaking, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's HR initiatives and ensuring the well-being of our Chinese employees. This position requires strong communication skills in both Mandarin and English, as well as a deep understanding of Chinese culture and business practices.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese employees, providing guidance and support on a wide range of HR-related matters.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new Chinese employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to recruit and select Chinese candidates, conducting interviews and assisting with the hiring process.
- Partner with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with Chinese labor laws and cultural practices.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to Chinese employees, promoting their professional development and growth.
- Manage Chinese-language HR materials, such as employee handbooks and training materials, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
- Assist in resolving employee relations issues, conducting investigations and recommending appropriate courses of action.
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HRBP or HR generalist, preferably in a multinational company.
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese labor laws and regulations.
- Strong understanding of Chinese culture and business practices.
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
