- Plan and develop ESD control program following ANSI/ESD standard and customer requirements.
- Provide ESD training program and inspection method including material, fixture, tooling qualification.
- Regularly follow up internal ESD performance and work with team to develop continuous improvement.
- Monitor risk-assessment and analyze problem logs to identify the root cause and corrective/preventive action.
- Communicate with related department to support the organization goal in achieving customer satisfaction.
1. Education : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Reliability or equivalent).
2. Sex : Male/ Female
3. Age : Age over than 25 years
4. Experience :
- At least 3 - 5 year experience in Electronics manufacturing, SMT, PCB assembly or related industry.
- Experience in ESD management system is preferable
- Knowledge ISO9001 & IATF 16949 quality management system.
- Process teamwork and strong interpersonal skill.
- 12 – 15 days of Annual Leave
