1. Manage Contam/ ESD Control team to achieve the objective set
2. Liaisons with the customer to monitor the satisfaction on the products cleanliness & ESD control and provide an improvement / change as required
3. Monitor internal contam. and ESD and work with team to develop continuous improvement
4. Ensure regular report to be send to customer on time
5. Monitor and control final product cleanliness level and work with team to develop continuous improvement
6. Conduct yearly certification for contam. and ESD awareness to all BIT employees
7. Reviews/Evaluate periodically the performance / effectiveness of team to the objective set.
8. Analyze customer contam. / ESD requirement and conduct periodically improvement actions status review with all concern department/section
9. Report periodically the status / accomplishment of the team performance against the section objective to Assembly Quality Engineering Manager
1. Education : Bachelor degree or higher
2. Sex : Male/Female
3. Age : Male/Female, age over than 30 years
4. Experience :
- Minimum 5 years in engineering function or related
- Minimum 3 year in hard drive manufacturing
- Have strong Leadership, management and Engineering statistic skilled
- Six Sigma and Problem Solving skills are required
- Well communication in spoken and written English
- 12 – 15 days of Annual Leave
