Sales and Marketing Representative
Responsibilities :
- Maintain sales volume in existing account, obtains orders and establishes new account.
- Expand and recover industrial resin market in Coating and Paper Packaging application
- Prepare the demand forecast, price quotation and marketing/sales strategy to reach the target
- Provide the technical advising to customer and select product which proper a customer need
- Pres-analyze non-conforming product which claimed from customer.
- Create activity to meet sales target
Marketing role:
- Research new opportunity in domestic by using current capacity and Technology
- Market survey of adhesive for flexible packaging market
- Update innovation and technology in adhesive to sales team
- Benchmark weak point, strength point including price with competitor product
Sales and support role:
- Maintain and find a new account in packaging field.
- Provide technical advising to customer and on-site trial test at customer process
- Set up budget quantity and sales direction in 2023 for Packaging business
- Prepare quotation, stock management, price adjustment plan and strategy by quarterly, half, and yearly
- Summary sales performance and technical problem in Thailand market to client in oversea

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related fields.
- Comprehensive knowledge and having experience of Coatings, or paper packaging business.
- Have a commercial sense and marketing knowledge.
- Good handle with under pressure management situations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills and able to practice negotiation/selling skills.
- Collaborative and good people management skills to manage relationships and achieve committed goals.
