• Drafting and reviewing contract in supporting various corporate and commercial transactions both domestic and international.
• Controlling Contract Management System and support all user in Thai Yazaki Group.
• Supporting and control all works in team.
• Investigating and providing solution when legal/compliance issues occur.
• Other works as assigned.

• Bachelor's degree in law.
• Lawyer's License and/or Graduate from Thai Bar is preferable.
• Good command of English (TOEIC 750 up) and Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Minimum 7 years working experience in legal field.
• Experience in field such as Document Control, ISO Management System, etc. is preferable.
