Responsibilities

วางแผนในการบริหารศูนย์การค้า, สถานที่, งานบริการและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก และอำนวยการให้เป็นไปตามแผนงานและงบประมาณ ถูกต้องตามกฎระเบียบของศูนย์การค้า
บริหารและควบคุมการทำงานของ outsource เช่น งานช่าง / งานแม่บ้าน / งานรักษาความปลอดภัย อื่นๆ
บริหารตัวอาคารให้มีความมั่นคงและปลอดภัย
บริหารอำนวยการจราจร และความปลอดภัย
บริหารอำนวยการด้านความสะอาด ภายในศูนย์การค้า และการจัดสวน
บริหารงานบริการลูกค้า (B2B) และร้านค้า ผู้เช่า (B2B) ภายในศูนย์การค้า
บริหารการใช้ทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่ให้เกิดประโยชน์สูงสุดโดยยืดอายุการใช้งานอย่างมีคุณภาพ และยังคงความปลอดภัยในการใช้งาน
บริหารการเตรียมการป้องกัน และรับมือกับเหตุฉุกเฉิน
บริหารการกำกับดูแลร้านค้าให้ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบของบริษัทในการใช้สถานที่ และด้านอื่นๆ ที่อยู่ในระเบียบคู่มือปฏิบัติงานของร้านค้า
บริหารการให้บริการซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ เครื่องจักรต่างๆ ให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งาน
ส่งเสริมความคิดริเริ่มในการพัฒนา ปรับปรุงบริการ และการปฏิบัติงานเพื่ออนุรักษ์สิ่งแวดล้อมและพลังงาน / บริหารต้นทุน
บริหารความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าและลดข้อร้องเรียน
บริหารกิจกรรมเสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน ภาครัฐ และเอกชน ร่วมกับหน่วยงานด้านการตลาด

Requirements

วุฒิการศึกษา : ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
ประสบการณ์ : 7 ปีขึ้นไปในสายงานการบริหารศูนย์การค้า
ความสามารถ : มีความอดทน, มีความรับผิดชอบ และแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นได้ดี
